VERY DISAPPOINTED
Positive: Bed was comfortable .
Negative: One cup for two people
One spoon to eat our cereal
No heat despite trying
There was no form of washing powder for the washing machine
No information of places of interest.
Never met any personnel
I was traveling with my granddaughter, who is 15 years old.
I paid a lot of money and I am very disappointed
We left within 2 days to find other accommodation
Will not be coming back or recommending others to come to your facility
